Your Pantera needs to be visually checked out by an expert. Doing this on the Web is not possible. The rear suspension might have a loose or missing rear brace-bar, popped-loose spot welds holding the upper a-arm attachments, a broken shock or a-arm, missing rear crossmember, rust damage... the possiblities are endless and most are bad. ALL the repair parts are available from the usualy Pantera parts vendors but most require extensive welding to properly attach to the car. Your corner gas station welder can only make it worse. Where do you live?
