T-piece connection on Motorcraft 4300D carburetor

Hello, I have been trying to get an answer on the following question for a year now and sent e-mails out to many people. Many Thanks to Rusty with "The Carburetor Doctor" for his nice response and especially to Mike ("King" on this Forum) who even removed the aircleaner on his Pantera and sent me photos of his 4300D. Unfortunately all this didn´t answer my question.

On the 4300D Carburetor there is a plastic T-piece. On the 90° connection the tube for the hot-air-choke is connected (points with yellow spots on the photo need to be connected with each other). I don´t know where to connect the straight leg (red arrow). The tubing is missing.

Clean air is taken from the inside of the air cleaner, heated up within the intake manifold and drawn into the hot-air-choke housing.

I have found phantastic drawings on this Forum with all the hose routing information but have not seen this plastic T-piece and related connections anywhere.

My Pantera is a Pre-L from 1972 and I am sure that this T-piece is correct for the 4300D of this model year.

Thank you very much for your feedback in advance,

Robert
