Reply to "Talk to me about Spark Plugs..."

Hello Julian...... thanks for the link, i looked but could not quickly find it on my own. My experiance with champion plugs is that they are OK for carberated motors.

Hello Mike........ yes I also found that autolite 24 and 25s are a bot to cold.

Hello Dave....... in the past I had poor results running platinum plugs on a carburated motor... they would run great for a couple of days..... and then they were perhaps not as good as copper plugs.

Hello Indy Dave.............. yes I found that # as well............thanks

Hello Mikael...........short story.......I am looking to get that "very light brown" porcelain color. I am very slowly working my way thru a Accel DFI setup. Right now I have the car up and running, and running fairly well. It is correcting it'self via the oxygen sensor by about 10%. I am slowly starting to tune it via the laptop. The car runs strong starts without hesitation and the plugs are a dark brown. I am heading out to Pocono CSD in the morning for a bit of car show, track time and comerodory with my Pcar budies. Bringing- an extra set of plugs and a set one range up is a precaution. And hey good website, when are you adding the section on tuning electronic fuel injection? Thanks.....

Hello "Super Ron" how have you been? I think AR 32 plugs are racing plugs...yes? what does that mean to me? resistor or something? And -Pocono....what do you mean by that or should I simply say yes YOU ARE good company..... if other, give me a call 973-219-9447 (cell#) or just show up this weekend and bring pictures of your car. going to sleep now.......Thanks to all of you.............. Doug.H

I'll check this again in the morning before I take off.
