Wes,
Rather than look for used parts and possibly inherit someone elses problems, you might be better off to contact a Pantera vendor and get brand new stainless tanks with the proper caps. Gary Hall in Paramount has these as do many vendors. I bought mine from Gary and have never regretted it.
