In laymens terms .. when the gauge is cold and then you start the car the warmth below the guage traps the cold in the guage and then condensates ... drill a few tiny holes in the side just below the rim allowing air to travel thru the gusage and it shouldnt happen again. Mine does it but it goes away in ashort time.
