The 4 lugged Mangusta

I like the original 15" campagnolo wheels for the mangusta. But, I've been wanting to fill that rear. You guys know I'm talking about....That space right above the rear wheel, where the gull wing flares out. It's as though somethings missing. So, I've made up my mind to buy in a set 17"or 18" wheels with a meaty offset. Now here's the dilemma...Mangustas are 4 lug and most 17"/18" wheels are 5 lug only. How do I convert to 5 lugs? Will pantera rotors work? Oh.. by the way, should I go 17" front & rear? Or 18"? What do you think? Don't hold back.
