The "Goose" Gets a Little Respect

I attended the Euro Auto Festival this pass weekend at the South Carolina BMW plant with my Mangusta (8MA830). Approximately 500 cars showed up.

Since I was the only DeTomaso, (where were the Panteras?), I was placed in the Italian Exotic Class. This class included Lamborghinis (Diablo, Countach, and Gallardo), Early Fiats and a Facel Vega, so the class was a little crowded for the Goose.

But, the Goose had a lot of people around it, and everyone was taking pictures, and to my surprise, the Goose took First in it's Class against some very expensive cars. At least in the Southeast, the Mangusta has earned some well deserved respect from other car owners.
