Reply to "The value of a Pantera"

Ok now it's reality check time..We are not Ferrari people, Lamborghini people, or the elite society types we all think we are, the average Pantera owner is a guy in over his head when the (have to have it! no matter what) kicks in! let's go thru the check list!
1. Did you have to borrow money to buy the Pantera!
2. If you borrowed money to buy the Pantera did you drive it (as is) for awhile or did you have to Borrow more money to do the major improvements two week's after delivery?
3. Did you borrow against your Business to buy the Pantera?
4. Take out a second on your Home to buy the Pantera.
Sorry if i hit a nerve but the Reality here is that TOYS are the first to go when the going gets tough's and what i am seeing is a re cycling of cars and dumping of cars on the market that you do not see in Ferrari land because the Ferrari guy (for the most part) is multi tiered in their investments don't have their Car/Cars as part of their investment plan, have allot of back up and don't really care if they sell their car or not, can afford to keep it on the market longer, in general have allot more money and don't care if it sells! The pantera community has had allot of the (flash in the pan) types that have come in like a Lyon allot of noise and sparks and flames and than poof! sorry if you see it different, i may be wrong. or i may be the only one that is willing to hold up the mirror and say look!
my opinion is based only on my 12 plus years in this Pantera community, I personally don't ever care what other people say or do we are all different that what makes the world go around but what ever you do, Please Don't sacrifice your family, home or Business for Some car so you can keep up with the Neighbors or the Ferrari guy around the corner! may God bless us all, as he has blessed me..RoB
