All seems well so far. I also changed the thermostat to a 160 deg and filled every thing up, blead the air and it idled for over a half hr with only one fan. It never got hot enough for the second fan to come on with the sensor but I turned it on with the switch just to make sure it worked. It's still pretty cool here in SF. Hope this solve's my overheating problem. Bring on Las Vegas. Thanks Jon for your help.
