Thinking of buying a Pantera have Questions

Hi i have always been in love with the Pantera in all its forms. I was thinking of buying a New M3 but have decided to go a diff route instead and buy a Pantera. Since i have only seen them in magazines and saw one once driving on the highway, I have several questions as a Newbie :-).
1st Will i fit in a Pantera i am 6,2 212 lbs. did the car ever come with tilt steering.
2nd do Pantera's have AC
3rd How hard is a Pantera to restore and modify, I have restored 2 cars so i have the tools and equipment.
