The Wilkensin set up should have all the brackets which would make it easy.

The line lock hand brake was in Halls catalog.
He's been dropping items by not refilling stock.
That is one of the tatletale sighns of closing down.

I don't think he is going to be around too much longer if this is an indication. He doesn't have half what he did five years ago.
