Doug I know for certain that at least the red number one car did indeed have two small four barrels that resided in a turkey pan that sealed to the top glass. The turkey pan had a tube coming from each side to the air inlet duct on the rear fenders. I know it was not the ultimate car, I liked the way it looked and it was well put together. I know because I built a model kit of that car, and have loved it ever since. :P
