Phil,
1. I would have thought one of the Mustang supply shops should be able to help you out?
2. I could take a trip to our local "Pick 'n' Pull" and see whether they have any Cleveland engined stuff (Mustangs, Cougars, Torino's etc.)
3. Fabricate one your self, it's not that difficult and would probably be more reliable than a stock one. Set the engine at TDC with a dial indicator in the spark plug hole and fabricate a pointer that sits right at TDC on the balancer. Even if you purchase a stock one I would recommend doing this check.
