I'm so glad that thing walked off backwards on you (if it had to walk off at all)! There's a lot more damage when they walk off forwards.

Hey everybody, a 30+ year old balancer is a problem waiting to happen. There's several choices in new balancers in several price ranges, plus there's a company that can rebuild your old one (Damper Dudes).
