In a word, "no". Run-flats give a harsh ride and are heavy. I owned a BMW that came from the factory with them. The best thing I ever did to that vehicle was switch to regular tires. They were cheaper, better handling and much better riding. Even my BMW dealer told me to get rid of the run-flats.
