tires sourcing for GT5

Can anyone out there help to source my GT5 front tires size 15x40x285. If I will to go to 17" what is the off-set for the GT5, I have the rear wheel with 1 1/2 spacer and it's looks great. Also I would to add the latest 200model with the front wind screen spoiler, where can I purchase that? Thank you very much for time.
