TOO NOISEY

Hello again
I need some help regarding the exhaust noise.I just took my pantera across the dreaded pits and they tell me that it is way above the permitted dba it is 105.8 and the maxium is 96dba.I need some ideas on a fix to satisfy the regulations,but one that could be easily reversed!
