I PUT A TORKER II ON MY CLEVELAND, IT'S THE OLDER "CLOVERLEAF" STYLE, BUT YOUR ENGINE WON'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. IT IDLES PERFECT AT 1000 RPM, RIGHT WHERE I LIKE IT FOR TAKING OFF SMOOTH AND EASY FROM A DEAD STOP, NO BOG, NO HESITATION! I DON'T KNOW HOW HIGH IT WILL REV, THE HIGHEST I'VE GONE IS A MEAR 5000 RPM, MAYBE. SINCE I WANTED A "HIGH RISE" INSTEAD OF A "LOW RISE", I TOPPED IT WITH A 1", FOUR HOLE SPACER, TO ADD VOLUME BUT MAINTAIN INDEPENDENCE OF SIGNAL. THE TROTTLE RESPONSE IS EXCELLENT! 2" MIGHT BE TOO MUCH, I DON'T KNOW. IT PULLS PLENTY STRONG, AND HAS TONS LEFT TO GO. I LIKE TAKING CARE OF THIS MACHINE, I SHIFT VERY SLOW, CAREFULLY, AND SMOOTH! I DID ALL MY HIGH REVING, SPEED SHIFTING, AND RACING IN MY 400 TRANS-AM, IN MY YOUNGER YEARS, WAY BACK IN THE MEZAZOIC ERA! SO YES! GO WITH THE TORKER II! ALL THE BEST, MARLIN.
