Track Boss Cleveland block update 10/21/16, a few videos to show what's happening...

This video is showing you the base for operation #2. ( 1 out of 3 operations)
The block will stand up on the bellhousing end and machine everything around.
When we were finished surface grinding, we had .0001-.0002 run out.

This next video we have an OE block mounted on the fixture.
We made a quick small program so we can do a quick check of the centerline.
By running this program a few times, we are able to confirm this centerline.

In our 3rd and last video, we have resurfaced the block and showing the boring process.
What is nice about using an existing block, is we are able to confirm that our program
is machining in the correct locations. Better to scrap out an old block, instead of one of our new blocks.
We are also creating a program so we can blue printed original blocks.
We will be offering this service to the 302, 351W, 351C & 351M/400 blocks to start with. We will be adding the 429/460
to this down the road.
