It looks great, but wouldn't work in a Pantera application. Immediately in front of the engine is the bulkhead and the rear window, immediately behind the engine is the deck lid. The Pantera needs a plenum that isn't any longer than a cylinder head (possibly shorter), and a throttle body connection that points sideways.
Clearance with the deck lid (at the rear of the engine) is especially tight; for instance guys who install 48 IDA Webers have to "notch" the deck lid.
On top of that, many owners are sensitive about the height of the induction; to appeal to the most owners possible it should fit beneath the engine screen. This induction "looks" too high to me, although I couldn't be certain without measurements. If so, the runners would have to be shortened, plenum height reduced, etc. ... whatever it would take to get it below the engine screen.
