With those tires,I would try 1.5 deg in the front and 1 deg in the rear.
You might want to get another set of wheels for track duty and fit a set of Hoosier R6s. They will dramatically improve your grip over any treaded street tire. I run 2 deg front and 1.5 rear with R6s and I am very happy with the results.
