I wouldn't push it that far. Maybe more like someone took the car appart and left components on the seat for 14 years and the foam collapsed.

As Steve said put it in as a good base for a good mechanical restoration then let's see up close what the body is like. Put in the same category as the blue Auctions America car sold in from Aug14

108K miles is not a lot. And why not that much? A 302 windsor has at least 200K miles in it. The paint if looked after can handle it with touch ups here and there. I just sold a car with just under 100K and it was in better condition that this car and it was treated none too nicely. The seat wear I am referring to is more so the side bolsters on the back of the seats not the base.

I am not trying to be antagonistic or slag off the car, it just annoys me the claims these sellers make with nothing to back it up. The average person puts 15-25K mile per year on a daily driver. Maybe 2-10K on an exotic. Not unreasonable to think it has done this many miles.

What I have found with my limited experience is that most cars get driven until they stop. If it is cheap enough they will fix it and get it running again until the next time it stops. When the bill to get it running again exceeds the value of the car that is where it stays. Around the 80's is when this happens. This is certainly the case with the few older cars I own.
