The mount for the rubber bumper on #7102 is a nut welded on top of the panel where your liitle piece of rubber is glued. The weld failed on the left side of the car and the nut came loose. I found that by pulling the tail light housing I was able to reach in and install a nut and washer on the stud from underneath and resecure it nicely without having to reweld anything.
