Uh, here's my late entry...

Top left: SB Chevy (350)
Bottom left: GM 502 marine engine (not Mercruiser sourced or branded but surely similar)
Bottom right: Your Pantera, 408 Cleveland

Great idea, but to be honest I couldn't guess the GM502 Marine engine. I recognized it as a marine engine of the bow-tie family, but thats about it. The other two were easy!

Let us know when the book's available for purchase.
