Im working on a turn signal problem. The emergency flashers work normally. The turn signals will light up on all four corners but will not flash. I can jump wires on the hazard switch and make them blink. I've tried replacing the flasher unit with a known working one but that doesn't solve the problem. I've checked the ground from the flasher, also without success. Since the lights on all four corners work, I am assuming that all bulbs are good and also that the turn signal stalk switch is working. Could bad ground at the bulbs cause them not to blink but allow them to light up? Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated. BTW, I've also swapped out with a known working hazard switch and flasher. The components from the problem car work perfectly in the other car. The wiring order to the hazard switch matches the other car which works.
