I think I have some of this style in my stock of parts, as Larry said also used on Euro Capri and Escort. The stalk is visually the same as the Pantera one, no symbols.

The photo is a little deceiving as the cam is pushed down the shaft against the spring by the steering wheel hub. One would imagine this setup worked at some point, I wonder if perhaps a different hub has been used that does not push the cam far enough and it needs a spacer?
