This is what I found out about this turn signal assembly. Lucas uses the same 119SA switch. Based on application, the part number stamped on it determines the connector type and stalk length/design. Some are 8-wire some are 9-wire. I'm not sure if those with 9th wire provide a 'Flash to Pass'feature.

If you search eBay under LUCAS 119SA, it will bring up the same switch for different British car applications. Different ends, different stalk lengths, some with symbols on the stalk, some not.
