Thanks all. I will call Steve on Tuesday and have reached out to John. Will report back. I have found a firm in Germany, Motomobil, that supposedly has the later switch reproduced for $229 and sells on eBay. Have not reached out to them yet. This switch has the same functions plus flash (apparently).
