Tyre Pressures

I can't seem to locate the tyre pressure
figures for a 7" front and 8" rear wheel.

also my handbrake has not been returning fully
and the brakes then stick on a little as the disc warms up, I have sourced 2 new return springs
and they seem to have solved the problem for now.

Is there an issue with these rear callipers being a bit "sticky" ?
