Also try opening up the 'Idle Mixture SCREWS', just a Teensy-Weensy.

Could also be a Glogged 'Idle Air BLEED', Poke a Fine Wire down ALL of Them and then shoot them with Carb Cleaner.

Just sounds to Me like it's 'Fuel' Related.
