Vacume tube orientation.??...

I guess it doesn't really matter but I just want the car to be correct. Can some one tell me if the angled end of the brake booster vacume tube goes toward front or rear?.. One end of the hard metal vacume tube is angled, what is it's correct orientation??.. Thanks for any help...
