I bought my set probably a year and a half ago. Communication with Michael through email was spotty but eventually everything fell together.

This is just a little side business for the sellers and I believe they make them in batches. High demand will clean them out until they can get together and fabricate new stock.

Keep in mind, also, the busy holiday time of the year that usually slows down even professional businesses, much less a hobbyist venture such as these window lifts .
