No. Just the Cleveland 4v-CJ.

What you need to be careful of with the 302-4v is the pressed in rocker arm studs.
If you change the valve springs, have the heads changed to screw in studs.

Thanks for the info, I'm planning to keep the 'goose stock, just need to change the nylon gear timing chain.
