Peter (and any other Canuks), you are so right about shipping to Canada. The key with UPS and FedEx is NEVER use ground shipping as it will almost always cost more than air because with air (express/overnight etc.) all the brokerage and fees are usually included free. I recently ordered some parts from a vendor I love dealing with and a new guy there thought he'd do me a big favor and save me money by shipping ground. Shipping was over 40% of the total cost.

USPS is slow, but it is WAY cheaper to Canada.
