I would have to agree with CrazyDave, in that I have had a problem of some sort, with almost every vender that I have dealt with. And I have dealt with a lot of them, and spent alot of money doing so. The mistakes do not upset near as much, as when they act like they do not want to fix their mistake. I have been pretty lucky in that almost every time, I have been able to resolve the issue. And when I am not able, then I am sure to spend my money somewhere else the next time.
