Vitaloni mirrors

Just purchased some baby turbo mirrors which I would mount in the same area of the original chrome mirrors.
My problem is that the mirrors at most will only angle about 45 degrees. I have seen pics of other car with the Vitaloni the have them in a horizontal position.
Can they be adjusted more???
