At least being out here in CA you can visit them personally as shown below on an as needed basis. When Byars went to Temecula, it became too far for me, so I have recently been going to Tommy and he seems down to earth customer service. Once I find a good vendor, I hardly shop around. Too bad to hear of your experience, as it spoils any fun with these cars (it is struggle enough just doing mechanical work on any car, rather than just getting in and driving).
