Mine is coated with cerakote. It does an excellent job of keeping the temp down in the engine bay.

Mine are ceramic coated also. It keeps the temps down from broil to roast and keeps the burgers from sticking to the header tubes. cool

Hint: don't try to carry your groceries back there.
