I don’t know anything about the condition of the blue targa. But having had some experience with the seller of that car, I can confirm he’s very honest and easy to work with. I suspect he’d welcome a ‘3^rd party inspection’, if you wanted, to get another unbiased in person assessment of the paint condition (in addition to Simon’s).
