Try reaching out to Dan Jones. He goes by danieljones here in the forums and has his fingers on the pulse of all things 351C.

I believe an M-9424-A351 will work for you too. It's made for a 9.5" tall block but it can be turned into an A331 by machining the appropriate amount of material off of the flanges. Just make sure you get the Cleveland version of that manifold and not the Yates version. Both have the same part number.
