Honken, I have a spare handle assembly from a '72 which is identical to yours, but no boot. This would at least fill the void in your car and get you thru the test, I think. The boot and switch are std parts for any Pantera- Roland Jaeckel likely has them close to you in Germany. But 9000-series (80-up) Panteras used a different style caliper and the e-brake handle was on the drivers side of the console, which may point to a different handle ass'y. So be careful of used parts from the newer cars.
