Germany has fantastic craftsmen ! You will find a very good welder who can fix that! (call Car restoration shops)
I would clean the parts, Put the bell housing with the part onto the transmission so the crack fits perfectly together and spot Weld it a few times (some inside some outside)…
then I would grind a V 3cm at a time where the crack is and TIG weld it up! Easy does it!! The threads can be welded up and re-trimmed and threaded!
Some can be welded from the inside (outer parts) , so in the end, you could give the outside a little cleanup where the crack was And a little sandblasting in that area… Just to hide the Frankenstein effect a little bit…

Yes I found almost all of the fragments.
I‘m certain you‘re right and it could be fixed. But I reckon it would be quite a job with the risk that the housing would never be as robust as it was originally.
I would feel more confident replacing the housing.
