Water Pump Pulley

Since I am replacing the original cast iron water pump with an aluminum pump, is there a preferred aluminum pulley? The one that�s original is cast iron/steel which is very heavy. I would like to use a stamp steel or aluminum pulley for this complete up-grade project.
Is there a serpentine belt/pulley system for the Cleveland that would be a better solution?
