water temp sending unit

Can anyone advise the correct part # (or the correct ohms) for the water temp sending unit on a 351C in a '73 Pantera. The current gauge is a 260F unit; but I would also like to know the # for a 230F gauge. Thanks for the help. Great forum. Stroker motor goes in this weekend.
