I've also considered other colors like blue and yellow, but at this point the system of Aliveshoes.com doesn't allow that. Will ask them.

The GTS logo is on the shoe box and indeed on the inside of the tongue. Is for insiders only ;-)
Width I don't know, seems to be a typical sneaker. Will ask as well and get back to you.
