Took me a while but the answer is apparently hard to give. This is the answer from Aliveshoes.com:
"Unfortunately specific informationa as you requested are to be asked within our partners in Italy as we don't use that scale. Italy in these 2 weeks is completely closed for national vacation. We can provide the tech sheets by monday.As i can say now, the sneakers runs mid-high wide and they normally fit 0,5 more. That means if you have 12, 11,5 will work."
Hope this helps you make your choice! We are at 8 sold, so we will definitely go into production!
