Reply to "Weather stripping front hood"

I have had the same problem on two Panteras. The front trunk lid had trouble closing with the new weatherstripping that you have. Maybe try letting it rest for a week or so and see if the rubber softens. You can also loosen the latch so that the deck lid puts more pressure from gravity at the desired spots on the rubber. Hopefully the rubber will relax and let you close the lid as before
