Couldn't explain any better.
Take a famous Formula One race track like Spa for instance.
When you go down and up in the famous "Raidillon", the car is not only going ( at very high speed ) left and right, but it also aggravates because of the load received when 1. braking 2. turning , and 3. downforce and gravity that modify the balance of the car , but going not only left and right, then, subsequently rear,front and rear again and ALSO up and down ! Poor oil pan and lubrication system, all this at around 6.000 RPM on a race Pantera, and then flat out for a full mile
