Whaddaya think about the blue font color on top of the pages?

Deb & I are working on a website upgrade. I saw a movie studio logo at the beginning of a movie with colors similar to the forums, but it had a bit of blue in it & I thought the blue really popped-out. We've experimented behind the scenes, one of us likes it, the other (me) is ambivalent. I'm a nut for the color blue, which can cloud my judgment. Your input would help. Nothing is carved in stone.

So I'm using you guys as lab rats. Is it better, worse, no difference? Distracting? Attractive?
