I am running whatever came in the tranny. But I would think folks with these five hundred horse monsters would be real unhappy with the gearing. I would think they would want a slightly higher axle ratio, like maybe 3.73 or so, and a wider gear set. That will stille wind up with a low first and even higher fith. With 500 ponies it would feel right and be able to approach the 200 MPH barrier.
